I need a research paper
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Inclusiveness and cultural competence as part of the employee experience has become a key focus of organizational leaders and HR professionals in the United States and especially as the business world continues to expand globally. Chapter 16 of the textbook explores some of these themes further when considering operations and work outside of the home country. Imagine you are an HR leader in a multi-national organization that has decided to expand into a new market. You may choose the country or region your company has targeted. Identify and discuss at least three to four issues you will need to consider and support from a cultural, legal, and ethical perspective. Given these complexities, what are two to three specific actions or steps you will need to plan for to help your organization navigate this new venture?
As an academic paper, this should be written in objective voice (no I or me). The use of direct quotes is discouraged unless the quote is directly linked to your analysis and supports and/or expands the discussion. Your own ideas should be supported by your research and source material. This paper should be at least 5 pages, use at least three scholarly sources and include proper APA formatting, i.e., in text citations and a cover and reference page. Please see the rubric below -- this should guide you in structuring your paper and is the criteria I use to grade your work.
Some additional reminders with regard to academic writing:
Paraphrasing: This requires you to read and synthesize your source's ideas and views. Critically evaluate and reflect upon what the author has said and restate it in your own words. This will demonstrate your own critical thinking, analysis and application. Include an in-text citation whenever you paraphrase your sources.
Cover page should have a running head
Font: Times New Roman or Arial (12 pt). Yes, this seems picky but the default font with Word (Calibri) is difficult to read in a paper.
First line indent each paragraph.
Rubric:
20 points; Clear introduction with thesis statement that focuses the paper's discussion
80 points: Integration, expansion and exploration of key concepts from your research sources that support the discussion and demonstrate critical thinking and application
20 points: Conclusion that briefly ties discussion together referencing back to the thesis of the paper
30 points: Writing is clear and organized. Citations follow APA format. Grammar and spelling are perfect (please proof read and grammar/spell check before submitting as many errors can be eliminated by doing this).
