I need a bid / proposal writer

My husband and I own and operate a couirer service, Fry Enterprise. We've been in business since May of this year. We are currently a LLC but in the works to becoming a S-Corp. We are looking to bid on a big contract delivering tires to tire shops and dealerships. There are a few things they've requested, the most important being a proposal. Within the proposal we need to layout the cost per driver, van usage, hours/miles, and we have to have 8 drivers. We currently own 3 vans and have 2 subcontractors.
