I need academic writer for thesis proposal on quality management related topic

I am looking for a professional to assist/work with me in writing a thesis proposal and later parts of the actual thesis for my course, MSc in Quality. I am at the stage of submitting my proposal and have first draft submitted, some feedback received, proposal to be finalized and re-submitted for acceptance. Actual writing will commence September/October. Initially I seek someone who could do a literature review section for my thesis which will need to be submitted around Christmas time, thus allowing for approximately 12 weeks time. Second phase of the thesis shall consist of primary research (action case/research) where I might need assistance also.

Overall thesis will be aimed for 20,000 words +/-10%, and literature review section approximately 8,500 words. As mentioned I am looking for someone to work alongside, do a research and writing, but I want to have full understanding and contribute also.

Proposed research question is along the lines of total quality management principles (TQM)/Quality management System (QMS) and sustainable manufacturing in precast concrete (Europe) industry. I trust there is sufficient amount of peer-reviewed articles combining the two areas to complete literature review section.
