I need an academic writer in empirical finance

I write an academic project on „Predicting Takeover Events“ where I analyse M&A events. In the thesis I compare targets with non-target firms and outline differences. For that I need to manage a large data set and run a few logit regressions. However I struggle with that part of the project and would be glad if someone could help me solving the issue.
