Additionally, I will look to explore, identify, and measure supply chain as a key component of the end to end process of getting products from source to destination. The uniqueness of the product and its impact on mode of transportation and storage will significantly impact on the cost outlay and eventual success of the COVAX program. This project will aim to empirically determine the extent of the tradeoffs between the key participating stakeholders that will enable the collaboration capable of supporting a successful implementation.
