Deadline in 3 hours (6pm UK time). Need a topic researched (4-5 pages) for a new client as I am short staffed today. You will need to use secondary sources such as practitioners' texts (e.g. Halsbury's Law of England and Practical Law etc) and primary sources using Westlaw, Lexis (e.g. Case Law and Legislation). Please provide details of sources used, citing relevant paragraph, court, practitioner text etc - this will form part of the word count (1500 words).
