I need a Book Proposal Writer

I am a published author with my first book published in 2012 in the religious End Times genre. However, everything has changed so much in the book publishing industry since then. I am very good at telling my story through my conversational style of writing. The book I need a proposal writer for, is my autobiography about all the traumatic and death experiences I have miraculously survived and overcome. I'm sharing my tell all story to give hope, inspiration and encouragement to those struggling with traumatic and death experiences. Yet, I'm overwhelmed and frustrated with the new Book Proposal formats and requirements by the industry today. I am a 100% service-connected Army veteran that has and continues to battle through PTSD, depression and anxiety...but am winning the battles. As such, I'm on a very fixed budget, but believe my autobiography will save lives from those seeking to end theirs. I have already completed over half of my book proposal but have hit a roadblock due to my Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) from the war.
