literature review for anomaly detection

I am in need of a freelancer to conduct a literature review on the topic of machine learning (anomaly detection). The review should be around 4000 words in length and the freelancer is free to choose the sources for the review. I'd like the main topic to be Isolation Forest but also a few other anomaly detection methods up to you, could be DBSCAN or whatever else you chose but the main one should be Isolation Forest

- Excellent research and writing skills
- Familiarity with academic sources and literature review methodology
