A literature review on Accessibility and Inclusion in the MICE Industry (more specifically from the Perspective of Disabled and Neurodivergent Attendees)

Job ID: 37614980

Budget: £15 – £25 GBP

I am looking for a freelancer to conduct a literature review on Accessibility and Inclusion in the MICE Industry, specifically from the perspective of disabled and neurodivergent attendees. It should be at least 600 words and no longer than 900 words, focusing on a few key issues in sections:

1. Overview of Previous Research on Accessibility and Inclusion in the MICE Industry.

2. Definition and Explanation of Disabilities and Neurodivergence, Review of Relevant Theories and Models

3. Discussion of Challenges Faced by Disabled and Neurodivergent Individuals at MICE Events:
e.g...
- Physical Accessibility Issues and Accommodations
- Sensory Overload and Strategies for Sensory Inclusivity
- Social and Attitudinal Barriers

4. Discussion of key findings and gaps in the literature. (It's okay if there are a lot of gaps - it's a niche field of research)

Sources for the Review:
- I have a few key sources that I would like included in the review, but I am asking the freelancer to find all others based on their research ability.
- The screenshot is a sample of how each section of the literature review should roughly look.

Timeline:
- The project needs to be completed as soon as possible.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong research skills and experience conducting literature reviews in the field of accessibility and inclusion.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information from various sources.
- Excellent academic writing and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
