essay on one of the leadership styles and its impact on two employee outcomes. You will search (through google scholar) for information about any of the leadership styles. Then, examine the impact of the leadership styles on any two of the employee outcomes.

Three parts:

1- Introduction: start with a general background on leadership. Then, focus on the leadership style you selected. After that, in the thesis statement, mention the two outcomes that you are going to talk about.

2- Body of the essay: it should consist at least of two paragraphs. In each paragraph, you examine the impact of the leadership style on one of the two outcomes you selected.

3- Conclusion: you briefly (in 100-150 words) summarize the whole essay.
