improve fieldwork report writing

I am looking to improve the fieldwork report writing for an external audience. The main purpose of the fieldwork report is to analyze data, present results and draw conclusions, and I want to focus on improving the report's clarity and conciseness for the external stakeholders who will be reading it. The fieldwork report writing needs to be improved in terms of the constructive review, contextual thinking, clarity, conciseness, and grammar and syntax.
