I have to make a proposal on how the healthcare system should be. based in the 1930's when these government programs were new and being introduced I have to say what I think would be good policies for these programs like if I was apart of the planning and forming of these programs and trying to get the liberal and conservative party's to agree on a good and understandable healthcare system. 600-750 words
