editor for my judical review

Hello, i have an approximately 25 page judicial review I have written . I need someone who can edit it. I need to keep it professional I feel like i do to much repeating probably have to much emotion. In my paper I have Exhibits I refer to there i s probably a hundred pieces of evidence. Thats something I will need to do after the fact as I have that myself. I do have quotes that are exactly from the evidence in there. This is very important piece of work for me its about some injustice done to my 5 year old son. Im in a hurry to get this completed I have to hand it in soon. I have over 3/4 of it done . I need someone to start working on it now and I can submit the rest of it to hand in to them by tomorrow or the next day. Any research that can be added to the paper with the time available would be great.
