developing proffessional powerpoint design and copying the content from images

currently I am preparing a training course so i have the material as an images but i want your help to :
1- develope a prof design
2- copying the text from the images to the powerpoint slides.
the number of slides will be about 1000 slide for phase 1 and the total will be about 3500 slide so it is just copying the content to the slides.
