My idea is to create a universal customer care line.
Where customers can use my application to register complaints, instead of logging up to the business website in order to create a complaint.
I will have three different categories for clients. Where 1, 5, 10 dedicated agents can be assigned. Based on the business size and requirements. They can select between the three different categories to what they think fits them. Each category will have its own benefits, dedicated agents for example, and a different monthly subscription.
My application will forward the complaint to the concerned department within the organization. Hence, agents will be classifying the complaints and making sure it is delivered to the concerned department. Customers can now submit a letter, picture, voice recording, or even a video of their complaint. Facilitating these will ensure that businesses meet their organizational objective, saving time and resources. Instead of investing in servers, employees, IT infrastructure. My business will do that for them, meaning it will be outsourced.
You can be creative, and make extra options for clients to pick from (feature to be added to their bundle), video complaint submission is optional for all three categories and has an additional monthly charge of 100$.
Preferred agent nationality is extra 100$ a month. Because based on the regional location and type of customers, the client may request an agent who speaks Arabic or Urdu. The standard language is English.
So yeah, you can be creative and add more options.
These three categories can be called Diamond, Gold, Standard.
Startups will most probably go with the Standard category since they do not have many customers.
So the main difference between the three categories is the business size.
I suggest, giving a monthly subscription price for the three categories. (Diamond 8000 USD, Gold 4000$, Standard 1000$).
Again, you can suggest more features to each category.
The business goal is to have a contract with all big organizations and companies in the UAE and make a reputation. Regarding the market competition, there isn't any market competition, which will make it easier for the business to succeed.

Who do you need to work with in this market, what kind of suppliers distributor,s and partners to complete your work
Climate:

- internal environment
- how does the organization’s environment work for your idea
Then conclusion with your thoughts about the business if it is a good market for you or not.
