building our youth

hello sir,
my project is all about our young people of country who are not capable of getting proper education because of lack of money or the lower education problem in their area. we have many govt. school but when it comes to study there is not a single pie of education . I have visited many govt. school currently because of my project i have founded that teachers are not that much responsible . I think its all because of lower quality of training so i want to write an article about these problem so that,this could be reach to more people andthose who can help with these problem. If children didn't get study well then there is definetely no future of India . so kindly give a chance to make this problem a national problem so that govt. will consider education more then lights and water supply because if a person got good education he/she can solve these type of problems by himself/herself. so we all should focus on main problem which is all about getting good and proper knowledge ..
