Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection.
Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires.
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts as needed.
Manage the performance evaluation process and provide feedback to employees and managers.
Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices and make recommendations to management as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in HR management, preferably in an IT company.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Experience with recruitment and selection, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
