applied cognitive psychology

I'm looking for an expert in applied cognitive psychology who can help me with a project related to memory and learning. I don't have any resources to guide this project, but I'm open to any recommendations. The desired outcome of the project is an analysis of existing research. Essentially the paper needs to be 7 pages long with a reference page. The paper should have a critical analysis of an already existing theoretical model that is applied in a real life setting.
Example=Testing the accuracy of Multiple Object Tracking (Pylyshyn & Storm,
1988) predictions in a realistic driving environment (e.g., driving sim)
