Writing a systematic review of literature of 30 pages

I need a native or near-native speaker of English with at least an MA in English or a related field (edu. psychology, TEFL, ESL, Applied Linguistics, composition and rhetorics), someone with an experience in writing systematic reviews of literature, research article, dissertations. The task involves writing a systematic review of literature and following a literature matrix to build a 30-pages review on teaching argumentative skills to higher education students. More details on the topic and required style and references will be provided once I check samples of previous work.
