Writing a blog for health carers

In this particular post i need help encouragig the carers to report any improper practice. The writer needs aproach this writing in a sense where they are caring for carers .
Things i need to include are :
1) the scary part of reporting someone doing unfair practice or sbusing the clients , most especially when that person has been working for the company for a long time and d has many friends, on the other hand also talk sbout yje rewarding side of this .
2) show emphathy and some level of understanding with the cares that although sometimes after reporting a wrong practice it can feel aa if u were not heard or listen to and some carers may feel as if everyone has turned against them because of the report they have made ; in addition to this go on to educate them about the carers about the obligations the organisation has on protecting the clients interest and also to take action when such report has been made . also explain how important that action and the huge impact it would have made for the clients under the care
