Writing Research Proposal (5000-6,000 words)

You are required to submit a Research Proposal of 5000-6,000 words using the following headings as a guide:
Title (provisional)- International Human Rights Law & It's Effectiveness
Background and rationale;- I have attached a small sample.
Research question(s); - To be mentioned
Research methodology; - Doctrinal & Empirical with OSCOLA referencing
Key literature review for the project; - To Be Mentioned
Discussion of ethics; and
Proposed provisional research timetable and chapter headings (an outline only).
You should submit your research proposal using the before 05th January 2023 at 10am.
