Writing Research Papers in Machine Learning (Computer Science)

Good day to you all ..
I have already worked on several ideas for research papers in computer science (Machine Learning) . I got the results ..
However, I do not have the time to write all of them..
I need an expert to help me write a full research paper for each idea based on my suggestions , contributions, and obtained results..

Note : What I need is a high quality research paper to be submitted to scientific journals with a high impact factor (i.e., ISI Journals) ..
