This person needs to be fast and knows about academic program dynamics and I will provide my version of these documents which obviously need to be redone.
to give an idea of the nature of the documents:
1. analysis of the academic program KPIs.
2. SWOT analysis of the program
3. Suggest action plans for all the weak points and preferable if you can suggest any idea about the evidence of achievement that I can provide.
4. analysis of student data like grades and number of enrolled etc...
