Writer for data analysis -- 2

We need an individual with experience analyzing and summarizing survey research results, mostly concerned with higher education, law and librarianship. We are looking for a numerate and literate individual with publication quality writing skills in English who also know how to analyze and present survey results. Expect about 400 words per hour of output, on average.
