Job Summary
As my project manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting my clients in assessing their strengths, identifying areas for improvement, and creating effective career development strategies. You will work closely with me to help me reposition my clients for executives and senior leadership roles by helping me build customized assessments (I've used Chat GPT to help out a lot with structure and cleanup), frameworks, and tools to enhance their career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer a variety of assessments to evaluate clients' skills, competencies, and potential.
- Create personalized development plans and frameworks based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with clients to set clear and achievable career goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in assessment, career development, and executive coaching.
- Assist clients in building and enhancing their professional portfolios and resumes.
- Offer constructive feedback and suggestions to help improve their career documents.
- Maintain accurate records of client assessments and progress.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the growth and improvement of our coaching services.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of psychometrics and assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients from diverse backgrounds and industries.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for resume, portfolio, and CV development.
- Understanding of how to leverage Chat GPT and any other tools to help me scale this process.
- Knowledge of career development strategies and best practices.
- Not Required: Certification in assessment tools (e.g., MBTI, DISC, 360-degree assessments) is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism.
