Develop a 2500-word case study report for Meta as a company that promotes innovation. The report should have the following structure:
1. Cover
2. Summary
3. Table of Contents
4. Introduction – Introduce the company: Description of its general elements company, including history, nature of activities, products/services and market activation.
5. Chapter 1 – Comment on why the company is characterized as an "innovative business" and the way in which its founder contributed in this direction through his/her business characteristics and talents.
6. Chapter 2 - Analyze some of the practices followed by the particular company for the development of creativity and innovation.
7. Chapter 3 - Develop a SWOT analysis by recording the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of the company.
8. Conclusions
9. Bibliography
Please Note:
• The case study report must include 2,500 words, excluding the title page, the abstract, table of contents and bibliography.
• Text formatting should be Calibri font, font size 12, and 1.5 spacing.
Bibliography and Bibliographical References
• Include at least 15 bibliographic references. The references should include a mixture of journal articles, books, reports and popular mass media (newspapers, magazines, etc.).
• Regarding the citation or referencing of sources within the text: The quotation of sources must be done at every point of the text (even in the middle of sentences) and not at the end of each paragraph or each chapter.
• The way of citing the sources in the text is as follows: Articles (Harvard style with reference to the author's last name and the year of publication):
o For one author: Stevenson 2001,
o For two authors: Stevenson and Gabriel 2002
o For three or more authors: Stevenson et al 2002;
• About citing of quotes and sources at the end of the paper (Bibliography): All sources are listed alphabetically at the end of the text series of the first author. The syntax of each report to follow the Harvard style and as an example of an article, see the example below:
