Write 10 pages for a research report, introductory especially relevance of the study

I am looking to hire a freelancer to write a research report for me. I need a 10 page report(introduction section only), with an introduction section of 10 or more pages. The report should focus on environmental science( exact topic will be provided), and should include citations using the APA style. I want this report to cover all of the relevant areas of research to provide a comprehensive project. I need someone who is knowledgeable in the field of environmental science, and able to write at an academic level writing. I need this within 20 hrs and remuneration possibility is 3K INR.
