Write a formal literature review on IoT related topics in computer science using LATEX

**read description**
1)literature review should be of the order of 2,000 (minimum) to 3,000 (maximum) words.
2) literature review should include at least eight credible, peer-reviewed sources (journals, conferences etc...).
3) write literature review using LATEX and BibTeX. Regular commits to be made on GitHub.
4) The IEEE Computer Society Journals template 1 should be used to format and structure your document.
