Write an emergency response plan for a water mitigation company

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to write an emergency response plan for my water mitigation company. The main purpose of the plan is to respond to water damage incidents and identify targets for sales people to present the ERP program to.

Specific scenarios that I would like to be included in the plan are natural disasters, water related incidents or major damage to commercial buildings. This could include situations such as floods, hurricanes, or severe storms, freezeze ups, burst pipes, sprinkler malfunctions and fire or snoke damage.

My company is of medium size, with 51-200 employees.
