Write a description of a software system.

Hi, I need some technical writing done. I've developed a CRM system that I'd like to take to the market. It will be used in scientific/academic projects so needs a proper wording. It's not just conversion voice to text etc. You will need to understand it and expand. Some research maybe required unless you are already familiar with CRM systems.
