Write a crypto white paper

I am looking for a skilled technical person to help me create a white paper for my new cryptocurrency. The purpose of the white paper is to introduce this new cryptocurrency to potential investors.
I do not want a writer who will learn crypto
I want a crypto person who can write.
The crypto is called AbleCoin. There is no crypto interface right now that is WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliant. AbleCoin will be the first. AbleCoin will be developed by people with disabilities for people with disabilities. People with disabilities have $8 trillion in global purchasing power. Why not create a token where the profits go to help disability-related charities?

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to take a rough idea and refine it into a comprehensive white paper
- Knowledge of the target audience (investors) and ability to tailor the content accordingly
The writer should be able to work closely with me to understand my rough idea and help me refine it into a well-structured and persuasive white paper. The white paper should provide a clear overview of the new cryptocurrency, its advantages, and its potential for growth. Additionally, it should address any concerns or questions that potential investors may have.
