Our company has decided to respond to a bidding opportunity (RFP) which is: THIRD PARTY MONITORING SERVICES: PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE MONITORING OF FAO IMPLEMENTING PARTNERS - EMERGENCY FOOD SECURITY PROJECT (EFSP) - RFP No: 2022/FAAFG/FAAFG/120028
We need to hire a freelancer to write the Technical Components of the RFP ONLY that includes the following:
o Technical Approach and Method. In this chapter you should explain your understanding of the objectives of the assignment, approach to the services expected, methods for carrying out the activities and obtaining the expected output, and the degree of detail of such output. You should highlight the problems being addressed and their importance and explain the technical approach you would adopt to address them. You should also explain the methods you propose to adopt and highlight the compatibility of those methods with the proposed approach.
o Data Processing: In this chapter, you should explain your approach for data collection (qualitative and quantitative), cleaning, verification and analysis, visualization, and Reporting. This should also include usage of Kobo Toolbox, data collection through Kobo and availability of relevant equipment.
o Organization and Staffing. In this chapter you should propose the structure and composition of your team. You should list the main disciplines of the assignment, the key expert responsible, and proposed technical and support staff including both male and female.
o Work Plan: Explaining the activities to be undertaken, duration of each activity, responsibilities etc., in this chapter you should propose the main activities of the assignment, their content and duration, phasing and interrelations, milestones (including interim approvals by the Organization), and delivery duration of the reports. A detailed work plan that includes all activities as per TOR. You could choose to develop the proposed work plan in a simple Gannt Chart form or any other form that is easily visually accessible. The proposed work plan should be consistent with the technical approach and methodology, showing understanding of the TOR and ability to translate them into a feasible working plan. A list of the final documents, including reports, and tables to be delivered as final output, should be included here.
o Coordination: Briefly explain what kind of coordination will the contractor take into consideration? How, where and when this coordination will take place?

Please fully read the attached project TOR to fully understand project details and produce customized content that is relevant and fully responsive to what is needed. Freelancer should have the knowledge and previous experience in writing technical proposals for government or international entities’ RFPs and Solicitations. The expert should be willing to share with us samples of his/her relevant similar work done previously.
