What investors need to know in Doing business in the UAE

I would like to create an investors toolkit for our firm, but I have a few challenges that am facing such as:
- Lawyers are not native English
- Lawyers are a bit slow to action
So in order for me to mobilise marketing materials production, I needed to check what our competitors are doing. I would like to work smart rather than the hard way. So, the attached doc is from our competitor and I would like that to be re-write in a way that is digestible, the tone should be something personal, clear and the paper is simply talking to the reader.
I'm actually looking for some retainers fee if possible, and would like to propose it to the management if ever.
Please, can you give me a quote and provide me with some rates?
If all is good, this will not be and first and the last.
