A) A brief, de-identified summary of the client and your work together.
B) Your personal reactions and experiences while working with this client
(i.e. counter-transference, clinical perceptions, etc.)
C) Describe the diagnostic features of the disorder you read about this week. Be
descriptive and aim to explain the disorder in your own words. Outline the symptoms
and behaviors that lead you to diagnose the client with the disorder you're writing
about. Be sure to include other potential diagnoses and why you ruled them out.
