Wait-time prediction algorithm to vehicle service.

This is a academic research component. The proposed system must be integrate a machine learning algorithm to predict customer wait times based on service types and inform customer with estimate time for service. The main object of this research component is to propose and evaluate approaches to predict the wait-times before a customer receives service and have to inform customer estimated service time. Vehicles should be allocated to optimized service slot considering number of services and service types to reduce idle time in service line. if there is no slots available we can use previous predicted service times and check which vehicle slot going to available with minimum time and allocate vehicle to that service slot. As a assumption if one vehicle required only oil change and another vehicle is required oil change and wheel alignment. In that situations system have to allocate vehicle with oil change only to oil change service slot first and vehicle with oil change and wheel alignment should be allocated to wheel alignment first to reduce idle time in service line. These are the requirement for research project report. I need a best solution for this requirements.
