This is an informative and compelling documentary about the high prevalence of violence against indigenous women and girls, focusing on the epidemic of Missing and Murdered Women in Canada.

PART 1:
Using specific examples from the documentary, identify and discuss the intersection of oppressions that shape many indigenous women’s experience of violence.
