I’m a Doctor of Health Psychology who works within the life sciences, looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) who answers yes to these questions.
What You’ll Be Doing
As my PA, you’ll handle a variety of tasks—some easy, some complex, but all requiring critical thinking and a high level of professionalism. Your role will include:
-Drafting and refining content: Writing first drafts and polishing key documents.
-Conducting deep research: Staying up to date on industry trends, sourcing credible references, and fact-checking.
-Tidying and refining quotes: Organizing insights for clarity and impact.
-Coordinating with freelancers: Ensuring smooth project execution and communication.
-Synthesizing insights into actionable steps: Turning research into meaningful recommendations.
-Anything else that might come up; my job is versatile.
-Topics are mainly in the areas of health, behavioural science, and pharmaceuticals.
-You don’t need to be an expert in these fields now, but you must be able to learn quickly, be prepared to make yourself an expert, and ensure high-quality outputs.
The Ideal Candidate
-A compatible timezone to the UK
-A willingness to be on messenger for quick contact (Skype or WhatsApp)
-Independent thinker, able to work autonomously without constant direction.
-Meticulous researcher who goes beyond the surface to find the best information.
-Strong writer and communicator who can distill complex ideas into clear, concise writing.
-Problem-solver who thinks outside the box and finds smart solutions.
-Proactive and organized, saving time by streamlining workflow and handling priorities effectively.
Pay
$30 per hour, with regular work available. For the right candidate - someone who saves me time while maintaining quality - a pay rise will be considered after a trial period.
