I need 100 words only in the introduction.
I need at least 1100 for the first part of the main body.
I need more or less 1500 words for the application of theories linked with the challenges.

I need 400 words more or less for the recommendation part.

The whole document is 3100 words including the introduction, main body and recommendations. The word count does not include a table of content, citations or reference list.
