1. Key issues to do the analysis at are Economic factors, Environmental factors, Social factors, Technological factors, and Integration within and across the supply chains. You can relate to both operational as well as strategic issues that are relevant to your topic and to improve supply chain performance.
2. A detailed review of articles (at least 12 journal articles (one must be a review paper, the sample is listed below) on what, how, when, and why of your topic; relevance and application of your model to your company/industry are needed.
3. Project paper: 6,000-7,000 WORDS [inclusive of everything]
4. Report Format: Title, Abstract, Introduction, Review on Topics (e.g., What is SCM?, Key Characteristics of Your Industry, Importance of X, Role of Y in Z, etc., A Conceptual Model (relating various variables to SCM Performance (describe it)), Discussion and Conclusion, and References
