3. Challenges found in using a particular leadership approach, style, or theory.
4. Scenarios where the leadership style, approach, or theory may be best suited.
You will select the TOP 5 Leadership Styles, Approaches, or Theories you chose to analyze and complete your analysis of each in your summative artifact. Each style, approach, or theory should have a comprehensive analysis, fully developed thoughts and/or paragraphs, and validation from external sources. All references may be listed in APA for, (minimum 5)
Your video presentation should include 10 –12 slides (8-10 minutes in length) with voice overlay or video presentation of information with your analysis of the selected Top 5 Leadership Approaches/Theories/Styles, including characteristics, strengths, challenges, and examples of leaders in various industries/organizations who exemplify the styles.
