The psychological impact of the Pandemic

I'm just looking to have someone proofread my essay and let me know what they think or if I should rearrange some things. I put the project topics and instruction below for reference as well.
This project is a chance for you to show me what you have learned this semester. It should explain how the global pandemic affects the human psyche. As I have mentioned you should connect material and theories from the textbook to your ideas. This is not a personal opinion paper. Your ideas must be supported by the science of psychology. Also, this is NOT a political science or religion paper. These topics should be avoided. That might be harder with the political aspect but any mention should be kept to facts and not opinions. Unsupported ideas will negatively affect your grade. This portion of the paper should contain at least three well thought out ideas, concepts theories, etc. from the textbook. The paper should also have a reflective portion. Like many of our discussions and the extra credit blog, the idea is to understand psychology and then apply it to your own life. That involves some reflection. I would like half the project to be on explaining the psychology of pandemics and the other half to be your personal experience with what you have learned during a “social distancing” society. The reflection portion of the paper should have quality. Really reflect on your emotions and motivations and be honest about them. Describe them in depth. Try to make your words “matter” to the reader.
