The foundation of School Leadership Level I

School leaders are challenged with competing obstacles that appear day-to-day. Managing staff, handling irate parents, and facilitating building issues present another set of priority challenges. Unfortunately, the new leader can get underwater quickly if they are not coached adequately to manage all of the challenges that they face. The other daunting task to do is provide SMART goals for all stakeholders so that students are able to achieve their academic goals challenge finding creative strategies to support students with learning gains is undoubtedly what keeps leaders up at nght.
