Technology advancements have changed how we work, learn, and communicate; it profoundly impacts our social and organizational behaviors. People have become more self-centred; they often keep their interests upfront and frequently neglect the larger spectrum of organizational growth. They overlook how mutual growth can substantially affect widespread organizational growth. Therefore, it is essential to examine these changes and communicate solutions to lessen the impact of such elements on leadership and management.
I have worked as a Lead Teacher in a charter school for Emirati students in Dubai, UAE, for the past ten years. 1. To what extent does the development culture affect leadership and management?
2. To what extent does the work environment affect leadership and management?
