Our client is a specialist commercial bank serving the blended financial needs of business owners, property entrepreneurs and family businesses. They are currently undertaking numerous technical transformation projects (including the development of a brand new banking application and wholesale migration to the cloud to name a few!) and are in need of a technical writer to join their organisation.
In this role you will be working collaboratively with the internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements. You will use the understanding of the product to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
