Technical Report Editor for Autonomous Robots

I am looking for a freelance editor to refine and streamline a technical report on the Route Optimization of Driverless car/robots.

The report has already been completed but requires revision to make it more concise and well-structured.

There is no time pressure for this task.

The existing report needs to go through the following modifications:
