Team Manager & Recruiter
Budget: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 INR
I am in need of an individual who can adeptly handle team management and team recruitment for my mid-sized team of 10-20 staff members. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Recruitment of new team members
- Challenging existing team members for performance
- Planning team schedules and shifts
Ideal candidates would have a proven record in human resources, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and previous experience in a similar role. They would have the ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently, monitor staff performance effectively, and schedule shifts in a manner that promotes productivity while considering the work-life balance of team members. Additionally, they must be experienced in hiring new staff and managing existing team members. The candidates should know how to utilize a fair and balanced approach when dealing with staff issues and should not be afraid of tough decision making for the betterment of the team.
