I'm seeking a systematic approach to gather and document evidence of teacher effectiveness over the school year.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect 12 total pieces of evidence, 6 for each indicator covering the months of Nov through April.
- Evidence can stem from various sources such as faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and performance reviews.
Documentation:
- All evidence needs to be compiled into written reports.
Ideal skills & experience:
- Background in education or educational administration.
- Strong organizational skills to manage evidence collection.
- Excellent written communication skills for report compilation.
