HR Task Assistance
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
In this project, I'm seeking a talented and experienced HR professional to handle crucial tasks within my small organization (1-50 employees). The responsibilities to be undertaken include:
- Recruitment and Hiring: Finding the right workforce is essential for me. I require expertise in identifying, attracting, and securing individuals who will contribute to our team's success.
- Employee Onboarding and Training: After successful recruitment, the next step is grooming new hires to fit into the organization. Your role will involve creating a supportive and informative environment to acclimate new staff.
- Performance Management and Evaluations: Regular performance assessments are required to ensure everyone is pulling their weight and are on track with the company's objectives.
As we do not have an existing HR department, expertise in setting up robust HR systems from scratch would be invaluable. Understanding of HR laws and best practices is a must. Experience with small organizations is a plus, but not a requirement. I look forward to receiving your bid.
