I am looking for a TCAD expert to replicate an earlier research paper on Multi- Junction concentrator solar cell. Request coding in Sentaurus, Silvaco, etaOpt, Synopsys, Atlas, or Comsol.
Create a model replicating prior paper results. After matching model to prior research, request assistance in modifying solar cell configuration.
