modification techniques and intervention strategies utilized in lifestyle modification with
the aim of preventing the progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD).
Research Questions:
1. What are the most effective behavior change techniques and intervention

techniques and intervention functions in lifestyle modification programs for
preventing the progression of CKD?
3. What are the barriers and facilitators to implementing behavior change
techniques and intervention functions in lifestyle modification programs for
preventing the progression of CD, and how can these programs be optimized to
increase adherence and improve outcomes for patients?
Research Objectives:
1. Identify the most effective behavior change techniques that can be used to
modify lifestyles in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD).
2. Assess the effectiveness of different intervention functions in modifying
lifestyles of patients with CKD.
3. Examine the barriers to the adoption of lifestyle modification interventions in
patients with CKD.
4. Evaluate the impact of behavior change techniques and intervention functions on health outcomes and quality of life of patients with CKD.
5. Develop recommendations for healthcare providers and policymakers on
effective behavior change techniques and intervention functions for
